Contract Renewal Date

Is there a way to view the contract renewal date online or do I have to ring Virgin Mobile?

Ring up from your mobile on 789 as that is the only way to find out.

I would never ring this late in the day, you did notice that I posted midday not tea time the is quite a difference and I got through to Sheffield as well.

Re: Contract Renewal Date

Ok, so say my contract expires in May 2013, if I don't do anything, will Virgin tell me how much my monthly payment will be after the contract end date?

Re: Contract Renewal Date

Unless you're on some form of temporary offer it won't change.

Re: Contract Renewal Date

I'm on the £10.21 per month tariff on my present contract which is no longer available, so I guess from your reply, then that is what I'll stay on after my contract expires. Sorry for so many questions, but this is my first mobile contract as I was PAYG previously. If I can get a better deal with another network after my contract expires, then I guess I just let Virgin know and ask them for a PAC code for my new network?

Re: Contract Renewal Date

Yes. And in most cases your existing network will try to keep you from leaving by either offering a bunch of lies (e.g. 3) or considerable discounts on your current tariff (others)

If you left it the price would not change you would just go into a 30 day rolling contact with the onus being on you to call in.
