Hi, we'e new to this forum. Since Friday we've had this code and been without the TV. Engineer was supposed to come out tomorrow but they have just called to say that they have cancelled as its not inside.
We think that its the actual box.
Anyone has any idea? we've turned it off etc nothing works as of yet and I'm loosing my patience with the call centre
