Thumbs down Avoid Virgin Mobile

Contract tariff good 10/10

Free phone 10/10 (you do pay for it with your tariff)

Since being with VM i have been over charged and its not just me friends who i recommend to VM have as well every month.

I am on a 18 month contract and can't wait to leave plus the coverage on my mobile is pretty poor compared to o2.

Customer service -5

so a for VM

Re: Avoid Virgin Mobile

No issues with my contract or bill and the coverage is pretty good in this area and most places I visit, my only gripe is that they charge 10p to speak to an agent.

Re: Avoid Virgin Mobile

Better watch that one.I'm on £18 a month contract my refresh date is the 23rd but they never give me the data on that date and charge me for it.THEN tell me its my FAULT as the data comes later than the refresh date

Another thing don't upgrade your contract as this them and you will get over charged.
