I have lost my manual for the NTL VS2000. While searching the net, I came across this forum and found that some members have made their copies available.

Thanks for the welcome to the site. I have misplaced my VS2000 manual. My answerphone has been turned off and I can't remember how to put it back on. Cany anyone help - please

press the answerphone button on the top left and press the key with on/off above it, 8 or 0 i think

Hi there,
does anyone still have this manual on their computer? i've tried the links in the other posts but the no longer seem to work!!!

i've lost my copy, so if anyone does and would fancy sending it to me then it would be really appreciated!!

I too have had the same problem. Finding the VS2000 manual, and I realised that all the links seem to have now been disconnected. I suppose they expect us to buy new phones now. I'm more devious and used an archive site to locate an image of the old sites.

I found one of the old 2005 links seemed to work, although it was a little difficult to see. This got my phone back to receiving and recording messages again.

If that link doesn't work, I am sure other archive sites will work too.
