Re: Bt
I think he's got a problem with bt and would like to express his disgust on a similar (but related to bt) forum to this.
Is btopenwoe still in operation?

Probably is greener for some people but not so for others. Forums tend to mainly get posts from people with problems so they all mainly tend to paint a black picture.

Re: Bt
We're on BT having moved away frmo NTL and so far so good. Even got our Caller ID back. Support wise you have the same situation as most companies, it will depend on who gets to answer your call and BT have quite a few advisers working over VOIP in India. However if you get a problem I would escalate it as BT were not happy to be rated so poorly in a recent Customer Service satisfaction poll and are now retraining advisers and looking to improve their systems.
Just don't try calling BT tonight though, we are a little busy at the moment
