PAC Code

Well talk about a tale of two halves!!

I phoned up Virgin for the Pac code to take my number across to a new provider - got it - phoned up new provider - job done!!

So easy - I thought I'd change hubby's mobile too.

Phone Virgin for the Pac code - hang on for ages - first person can't do it - hands me onto someone else - gives me the number 4 times - three times different order!!! Phone the new provider - telephone number and Pac code don't match. Phone Virgin to check and they said they are correct - phone new provider again - don't match - get new Pac code from Virgin they say. Phone Virgin again ... they will get someone to phone me back - they don't!!!! Phone Virgin again ... can't issue with a new Pac code because one is on the records - will phone later that day ... surprisingly .... they don't!!!!

Give up - phone new provider and register new number!!!!

My experience with Virgin Mobile was very much like your first...they even phoned back at the exact time they said they would....Strange.
