Superhub Do I need Superhub 3 to get 300 MB?

Getting installed next week. Going the full Monty with Homeworks 300 add on. If they try to leave me with a Superhub 2 will it give me the full speed?

You'll get a SH3, don't worry. The SH2 is theoretically capable of 400Mbit though.

You'll be given a Hub 3 as it's required for the 300Mb tier.

SH2/2ac are only used to provision up to 200Mb.
