Those times look perfectly reasonable - not slow at all.

If the problem is only manifested when browsing one site, then perhaps the cause is that one site.

Thansk everyone, this what I had been looking for...trace by the port and not just layer 2. Can someone give me some hint on how to get tracert.exe work? any setup reference i can have a look at? I unzip it and put under c:/window/system 32 and even tried on the cmd path but nothing work. please help
