It's been a long week, so we went out for a nice meal - I had
Warmed up with a Lemon & Thyme Martini
Chilli Salt Edamame Beans for nibbles
Romesco Chicken Salad with goat’s cheese, red peppers and aged balsamic for starters, with a large glass of Chilean Cab Sauv
CHargrilled Fillet Steak with garlic butter, roasted vine tomato and fries, washed down by a large glass of Argentinian Malbec
For dessert, an Espresso Martini
Now relaxing at home with a large glass of Old Pulteney 17YO
I'll sleep well tonight...
