Wonderful to see you are able to come and visit us so soon after your operation dilli.
I know it was on the cards but I was so hoping life would cut you a break and your kidneys would somehow miraculously survive the op. Hope the dialysis goes well.
Gentle hugs from me and John.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Well our new leather sofas were finally delivered today and we managed to get them in fairly easily. Given their size (c. 2.4m long), I'd decided to remove the door and door frame linings in the lounge and alter the front door so that the side light on one side of it also hinges open, thereby adding about an extra 20" of access width. I'm so glad I did as it made the whole process so much easier than would have been the case and I was the delivery guys' best mate.
I've already replaced most of the woodwork I removed and altered the doors of a leaded light built in cupboard in the lounge so they open bi-fold and are no longer interfered with by one of the sofa backs.
Just got to complete the woodwork to the front door framing and I'm done aside from moving my rather large Wharfedale E70 speakers into their new location.
The sofas are great, huge and ever so comfy. If they last half as long as the ones they replaced I'll be very happy.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Glad you were able to get them in without too much hassle Osem.
Not like when we had the king size bed delivered: They couldn't get it up the stairs and it had to go back and have the two halves separated. (They were sort of hinged together) At least it was done free.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Woke up this morning to see message on my mobile phone that lolliop was available Successfully installed in about 15 minutes on my Moto G 2nd gen. Thought it was never going to arrive in the UK.
Pretty pathetic reason to feel happy I guess.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
No its not a pathetic reason to feel happy jo as l always feel its not just the big things that make someone happy but even the smallest things are just as important in making us happy.
