robjowett1 is an unknown quantity at this point
poor picture quality

We have had our V HD+ box for a couple of years and it is used a lot. I am slightly concerned because the quality of the picture seems to be dropping and the box sometimes freezes for quite some time as well as sometimes resetting itself and jamming. The picture quality is now a lot more pixely (pixelating) than it was and is sometimes blurry.

Not sure how to improve.

Re: poor picture quality

Phone Virgin and let them know, try and get a replacement Samsung HD box.
