Lost bravo and couple of other channels ?

Ive got the family package for my TV but all of a sudden ive lost bravo and a couple of other channels, only a few. When i try and go to bravo it says that im not subscribed to this channel.
I havent changed over any of my packages which ive had for the past 4yrs, any ideas?, or is it a call to customer services, just wondered if bravo and the others were down at the moment?

Wink Re: Lost bravo and couple of other channels ?

You will need to call faults it wll need a refresh hit or a dummey box swap this normally clears the fault But faults will send a hit and nothing happens so they will want to send out a engineer all the engineer will do before they turn up is request a dummey box hit .And all your channels should come back

Called faults and they've sent the hit signal out to my box, sorted the problem and now have all the channels working again.

Thanks for your replies.
