when i want to enter in RS.Com it says : Network Error

I couldn't find out RS.com contact mail because of i send a message to you.
When I want to enter in RS.Com the website is giving this message :

If you do a WHOIS on the domain it gives you an administrative contact email..

Any reason why though you're interested in a rocket software company in America?? Or are you looking for RS Components at www.rswww.com ???

i'm a student and my host family is using BT. I didnt know BT since i came at this home.
In 5 mins yes rapidshare is working for my modem let me see whats happining after minutes ?
