Yup. I've just done it... Just because I can.
Before JBing, I also used Umbrella to store my SHSH blobs locally:

Jailbreakme.com... easiest Jailbreak I've ever used. Much quicker & simpler than Redsn0w & Blackra1n.
Although... given that it does it via the browser, it must be a rather dodgy hole which Apple will surely be fixing soon...
Cydia is so slow at the moment. Can't get anything to load. May just have to try & sort the rest out tomorrow.

Not sure if this has been posted already, apologies if it has but quick tip if you're on a 3G, 3GS, Ipod Touch and iOS4 and you're getting freezing, application crashing and/or slowdown problems, go into settings/general/home button/spotlight and turn off everything, seems to have worked for me.

yes I agree I totally misinterpreted the picture lol I though people were going in an jailbreaking their Iphones using apples wifi or something. Guess I look thick now lol

no if you look at the picture their appear to be a secon wire looping towards the phone. I think this could be the anti theft wire perhaps?
