I have a job interview tomorrow with virgin media for a cable guy

Duke, Just so you know, i spoke to the guys at virgin the other day (phoned up to see what was going on) and apparently the hiring managers are being rather "slow" but all applications are being dealt with now. Hopefully you will hear soon mate!

Hi Guys, is there anyone can help me here. I am going for my final interview in Edinburgh on 4th June and don't know what to expect. Is it a full blown telephone cabinet for testing and up to date meters they use or must I take my own with me. Do VM train the guys they've hired before sending them out on the road or do you go out with another Tech for a few days until you get the hang of things and a little experience of the systems.

I know that internal interviews,(when people are changing jobs within VM) the Virginvalues are the most important aspect of the interview, like with any job if your capable you can be trained to whatever aspect of the job your applying for so knowing these Virginvalues would be highley beneficial.

I have just had my 2nd telephone interview (it is just 3 questions - all asking for examples of during my employment I have - 1. Given great cust serv, 2. Problem solv, 3. Dealt with a difficult customer.
