Best Graphics Card for £75?

Whats the best Graphics card for about £75? Doesn`t matter if its ATI or Nvidia, Client wants to play call of duty 4.
His specs i can`t tell you as i`m Rebuildig his pc at the moment due to a Hard drive failure.!
It`s an HP Media centre pc M7000.

He`s got an ATI X1300 PRO 512MB card at the moment but wants a bit more bang for the bucks.

Perhaps a 4670 if he cant wait if he can how about a 4770 there are a few about but most are pre order
