100Meg Newcastle area, had quite a few dropouts in the past few days, high latency and rubbish up / down speeds

Haha I've just looked through the past few pages and mine looks pretty good in comparison :p Defintely something amiss, or our superhub is acting up... which is likely

Originally I think it was March to July, then in July it got changed to July to September or October. Have a feeling it has changed to March next year now but I can't check now as I got the double upgrade due to a mistake
Edit: Just checked someone else in Croydon and they are being told Oct to Dec 2012, unless it changes again

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Croydon was one of the last to have 100meg 'officially' enabled. Theres a fair bit of upgrading to do in Croydon which includes cabs I think. Have you noticed this sort of qaulity appear recently or has it been like this for a while?

Techie guy says he has had a colleague looking at the Crawley bump since Thursday. I don't know if the fix has been due to that. Also he has spoken at the network director level regarding slow responses to major widespread faults when we raise them with the help forum.

That's probably because VM don't consider a 20ms increase in your ping as a major fault.
