I use the D-Link DIR-615 D2 VM sent me for free without any problems. It took a while to get it set up and stable, but after switching between D-Link's own firmware and DD-WRT numerous times I've settled on a DD-WRT build that works fine with the L package and all the devices I connect to it.

I play on Live a lot and the router has at least one laptop, one 360 and my HTC Desire connected to it by wireless every night, and you can also add another laptop and Sony Ericsson X10 into the mix quite regularly. With DD-WRT I am able to connect both my 360s to Live at the same time, each with an open NAT.

See the E3000 Linksys thread, this router may fit you requirements?
