why is Virgin installing the old Pace boxes?

Because they have lots of them. Most, although slow, still work ok so they put them back out as they are only rented.

Virgin spend millions on Urma Therma, and marketing, and cut back on the important things like the technology that make the whole thing work.

The pace boxes have had there time the phase one boxes are 6 years old now .Its a question we ask all the time when are we going to stop using them .We get more faults with these boxes than the samsung .

Virgin are doing a free TV package with all products and off loading these rubbish boxes. Thet're getting it wrong big time. Is Richard Branson watching? He will when the companies on Watchdog!!!

If you get your box deliverd by post you will get a samsung this has been the case to the customers i have been to
