Thanks folks! Truth be told, they are not as bad as last week, I just didn't know where to put myself, however swelling and pain has subsided, and I'm down to a slight limp and hobble lol.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 7
This really annoys me too. I am still trying to get another holiday before Christmas. We have left it to late to Book up for Austin or Nashville as there are too many festivals on in October. Downtown just fully booked. Don't know where else to go.

When technology fails!
Every since I can remember I have been using CDDB or WMP to get info on the CD I am ripping. It's far easier than typing everything in yourself! However, having just bought the "Back To Reality" 3 CD box-set, neither of those databases seem to have the track listing
Oh well, back to the old school ways I guess; when I have the time

The way Wikipedia (the software, not the site) handles multiple users editing a page.
We have an internal Wiki at work, and I've just spent a long time changing various cells on a large table, clicked submit, only to find I've had to make the changes again because someone typed "Linux" into one cell.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 7
Christmas???!
Crickey - I haven't even been on holiday yet.
It must spoil the festive mad-rush and joy of getting ready for the special day. But I suppose that doesn't take into account the forward-planning that so many need to do too spread the cost.
It's just depressing really.
I'd walk straight out of any store advertising Xmas.

Having one of our freezers fail on us just after a big food shop (at least a relative had freezer space for the food)

Hope your bunions are improving Tink. My back is playing up again so getting stuff in and out of the oven is not easy. Hey Ho, keep taking the pills

Hotmail keep asking me for my phone number for 'security' reasons.

You've got trouble there.
Do not respond in any online way.
Get rid of the culprit.
And keep your details to yourself in future

A polite request to the ones who code the site.
I know the site needs funding but can we get rid of the 'Mature Dating' ads? They may appeal to some but they seems incredibly cheesy to me.

I get that with Gmail too, so annoying.
Did you know that Hotmail.com is changing to Outlook.com and you can change over now if you wish?
www.Outlook.com

Your Hotmail has been upgraded to Outlook.com
Don’t worry. Your email address, password, emails, contacts and files remain the same – with a few added advantages:
Outlook is modern – you get a fresh, clean design that’s intuitive to use.
Outlook is connected – your conversations come to life with your friends’ photos, Tweets and recent Facebook updates.
Outlook is productive – you get free Word, Excel and PowerPoint web apps built in with 7 GB of free cloud storage.
Outlook is private – you’re in control of your data, and your personal conversations aren’t used for ads.
And, of course, Outlook gives you virtually unlimited storage and less spam – and it works on your PC, Mac, phone and tablet.

Whilst it is probably Hotmail legitimately asking it would only be for security reasons. Though I wouldn't provide one either
