PAYG Downunder?

Hi, we are heading down to Australia for a month later this year. As a UK Virgin PAYG customer can I simply buy an Australian Virgin PAYG sim and stick it in my Nokia 5800 without having to get phone unlocked?

Cheers
Jim

Re: PAYG Downunder?

No, a UK Virgin SIM is essentially a Everything Everywhere (Orange/T-Mobile) SIM and AU Virgin will use another network so you'd have to get it unlocked.
