True. so the moral is judge yourself before you judge others.
we all have our traits. be they good and bad.
but we're not holier than thou.

Why do I keep buying food that I have to pay to keep cold or try to eat up
I should reign myself in and mebbe eat out more. Or... let someone else do the shopping and cooking

Yup! Me own two feet and one of everything down the middle will do for now. And stay away from persons who think they can help out whilst keeping my grace and sense. Oh yes.
Where's a lump hammer when you need one?

Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 7
Crazy day yesterday:
Planned a BBQ and had to build a roof in the tree to shelter from the rain.
Got all food ready and then thought lets pop to shops to get some last minute nibbles.
I get home. Cant find my keys.
It starts to thunder and rain.
Have to get the ladder from next door neighbour to jump over the back.
Then have the complex task of smashing a double glazed window.
I climb up and catch my arm on the glass. Blood starts to drip.
My girlfriend is on the opposite side of the house getting soaked.
Finally get inside and get everything sorted clearing the million pieces of glass everywhere. BBQ goes ahead and I smash two bottles of wine on the floor.
Spent this morning boarding up the window and clearing more glass pieces!

With luck like that I hope you didn't waste any money on a Lottery Ticket
Seriously, I hope your arm is OK, glass cuts can be nasty. <hugs>
.. ....if your arm is OK can I admit to having a little giggle when I read your post. Some days you just know you shouldn't have got up.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 7
Pleased the arm sounds like it is on the mend.
My moan today is having to be up early because British Gas botched up installing a new timer on my boiler last week, and the only slot today is 7am to 2pm, meaning I can't do anything. *EDIT @8am* he just called to say he would be here in 10 minutes, so I can go back to bed afterwards.
Got little sleep last night, as 2 ignorant neighbours had their lights on in the back garden. One blaring straight into my room, even through closed curtains. Not impressed, will be speaking to both neighbours when I see them today. Still better than the couple who argue right outside my window about the bloke getting drunk and supposedly flirting with other girls.

Why didn't you get a locksmith, it would have been cheaper than a new window.
I managed to break the key in the lock of my sisters house and I was rabbit sitting, so needed to get in quite urgently.
a locksmith managed to get the broken key out, as he lived just around the corner from me he charged me half price.
