V+ Box freezing

For the second time in two day, the tv picture has frozen at about 7pm and the box has to be re-booted. I'm in Cardiff CF5. Anyone else having this problem?

Check status page http://status2.virginmedia.com and if there are no issues in your area ring VM tech support. How full is your hard drive?

I rang VM tech tonight, and he refreshed the signal. Will check again tomorrow. Disk has about half full (or empty!)

Re: V+ Box freezing

My picture just froze and rebooted. But there now seems to be problems with the HDMI handshake which is not taking.

Update - unplugged and rebooted and seems ok now, touch wood.
