I don't understand why someone employed as a commentator can't pronounce the names of world famous players, and as for Clive "That night in Barcelona" Tyldesley....

I see that Townsend and McCoist are still not allowed back in the studio. They must have been naughty boys.

Re: Champions League Final 2006

it just looks so unprofessional when McCoist and Townsend have to stand on the edge of the pitch.. on the plus side it means you can't always here what they are saying

Villareal 0 Arsenal 0
The best team got knocked out IMO, but that's football, it reminded me of last years FA Cup final, all one way traffic, in fact I am not sure Arsenal had an attempt on goal.................

Oh and er............that wasn't a penalty either

Re: Champions League Final 2006

Come on Barca/Milan! Arsenal have only played one English player in the competition this season- Campbell tonight- so you can't really call them English!

Well, I think you had better make the most of it because I don't think you will be europe next season, unless you are going to watch Spurs, Man Utd, Liverpool or Chelsea

If Arsenal play like they did tonight, Barca/Milan* will rip them to bits. On the upside, Arsenal can't play any worse than they did tonight (I hope)

*My money is on Barca
