Any Virgin guys on here that could check my installation notes?
Just had an argument with one of the guys at installations. I specifically booked my install for between 8-1pm, yet they are saying it is 1-6pm. This is bull, as I called up to confirm it was 8-1pm this morning. Yet they are saying it has never been changed!
