New Install
Hi
I am having Virgin Media installed on saturday morning between 8-1 and having 2 set top boxes installed.
I dont currently have a 2nd tele at the moment for the 2nd box, does the technician need one to complete the install?

Re: New Install
He could use the one you have and install the two boxes on it, one after the other. It would just take a little longer or he could put a splitter behind the tv you do have and install them side by side for now.

Re: New Install
No,
If he is an in house tech he will use his test tv or your main tv.
If he is a contractor he will just do it without testing it.
Simples.
