Does anyone know what happened to that so called launch date of 7th October for ITV2 HD? I remember reading it somewhere on here . . .

As far as l know there has never been any launch date for ITV2 HD on Virgin so far and maybe this was the date it launched on Sky date last year.

07th October 2010 was the launch date for ITV2 HD on SKY. ITV3 HD and ITV4 HD launched on SKY 2 months later.
Let's hope a deal can be agreed to bring the remaining ITV HD channels to Virgin.
In January 2009 Virgin signed a deal with ITV for ITV Player. In March 2010 Virgin signed a deal for ITV HD. Let's hope in the next few months we finally see a deal for the "missing" ITV channels.
Personally I'd like to see more ITV HD content added to ITV Player / ITV Catch Up on Virgin.

Here is a good one for everyone, There was due to have a new channel starting in December in a joint venture showing old films and drama's, but this has gone quite, but then they said it would start in Feb.
And, what has happened to REAL DIGITAL TV, there was so much focus on this and even that has gone quiet.

And yes l know that Real Digital isn't part of VM, l was wondering if anyone had any news on it.

it isnt launching the chanel you asked about not on virgin not on sky or anywhere teh company dnt want to put money into it when teh encomic climate is sitll very blick
