I am sorry but l believe it was a poor deal in the long one as virgin should have insisted on having everything included in the deal, we are still waiting for quite a bit in this deal and this was done 9 months ago.

Those weeks have come and gone and the Cricket World cup has started and still NO RED BUTTON!! What the hell is going on?
I disconnected my phone line today next step tv and then broadband.
The p**** footing around by all concerned has left me in despair and I have had enough, with a heavy heart i will be joining the other lot.

We can only tell you information that is not going to get us sacked and all the help and information we provide is as accurate as possible and given in our own free time.
So if you dislike the information provided on this forum then go elsewhere as the are other forums out there probably with hardly any genuine staff members giving the help and advice that we offer.
