As it's another lovely day I'm just going to take a walk with the dog.

Nice and sunny here too but a bit breezy. I'll definitly be taking in some rays later, suntan's coming on a treat. Make the most of it. As Den says: Friday is all change.

Hospital ALL day tomorrow - three separate appointments which is unusual but at least Natalie is able to take me for a change. Some pretty hefty life changing decisions tomorrow by the looks of things.
Why is it a happy thought? well I'm also hoping things can start to move and I can move forward.

Best of luck mate! You're the definition of positivity and I'm sure we all hope it goes well for you both.
I saw the local quack the other day to discuss the issues raised after my spell in hospital. There's a few more tests to be done and possible surgery but I'm hoping some long overdue lifestyle changes will go a long way to sorting things out,

@ dilli hope all goes well tomorrow in regards to the decisions you and Natalie have to make.
@ Osem hope you don't have to face surgery & with the lifestyle changes you make will make that a possible outcome.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
No a happy thought but made me laugh in suprise.
Listening to Radio 4 and a programme about the police and racism and translated what a black youth told what the police said to him which was "If I could shot you you F-Word N-Word I would", and this was around 11am.
But them radio 4 does give warning during certain programmes
