Oh where to begin. (WARNING: Bias incoming).
It has a terrible interface
It's slow
It has an interface designed by blind monkies with some sort of motor-neuron disease
It only kind of works
The interface could do with some work
There is absolutely no support for it because nobody's been given any training on how to use it that goes beyond "This product exists" and "it's on the website"
The interface makes you want to gouge your eyes out
But most of all, beyond all the points listed above, the biggest issue it has is the confusing, slow and utterly useless interface.
Of course, I haven't used it for a while so YMMV.

Except it won't be an engineer. It will be a delivery man who rings a number, tells the guy at the other end your mac and street address, (We, being too thick couldn't possibly do this ourselves.), and Bob's your uncle.
The words 'off' and 'rip' come to mind.

Except there's some crappy marketing campaign where he (and other people) are claiming to be Richard Branson. Yeah, it's a bit [Mod Edit]

And now comes the correction email:
Hello there,
Oops! That last email, 100Mb Broadband Announcement, was sent in error.
Please ignore this, and rest assured current Virgin Media Cable Broadband customers will be receiving some good news about their broadband in the next 2 weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
