Virgin Media Webmail

Hi, I have receently noticed that my spam folder on my virgin media webmail (ntlworld email address) builds up very quickly (to upwards of 300 messages).
However, it seems I can only delete 10 at a time and then those 10 go to the trash folder where I then have to delete them from there 10 at a time!
What I'd like to do is to be able to simply delete the whole lot en masse. Does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, how do I go about it?

Re: Virgin Media Webmail

You can set in settings, preferences, messages per page to up to 200 messages to be displayed per page. If you do that then you can select all of them and delete them 200 at a time.

Re: Virgin Media Webmail

or just go into the "manage" link for the folders, and delete them all there.

Many thanks to D_Skids & Tech_ Boy for the advice given. I'll have no further problems with that webmail problem now.

Re: Virgin Media Webmail

Does NTL webmail have the same or similar anti spam otions as blueyonder mail? Like levels of filtering, immediate deletion and block and allow lists? Might be easier to use them than delete them manually.
