Strange emails received after making changes to account

A few days ago I made some changes to my account and package and today I have received two emails that concern me as I think they may be spam.

The first one states that my payment can't be processed and is quite obviously spam as it has some minor gramer errors, the domain the email has came from ends @easy-stores.fr and there is a link provided suposedly to my account that starts hxxps://myprofile.virginmedia.com/appsuite

The second one is a bit more confusing. It is from Virgin Media via DocuSign and uses my name at the start of it. It is asking me to sign my contract electronically, I have never seen anything like this from Virgin before and I weasn't advised that I would receive something like, this either. The formatting of this one does look simular to the Virgin Media site.

Anyone had either of these before?

The second one is likely genuine. Virgin Media have started sending out contracts by email rather than by post

Re: Strange emails received after making changes to account

I had this when I moved house and had to sign a new contract.

So the concept is totally legit. Did you make changes to your account that has resulted in a new contract term? if yes, then the e-mail is likely to be legit. if in doubt however, call 150.
