First Red button promise
A quick search gives the first mention of Red button services on TiVo for the BBC as being 16th Aug 2011.
Any advance or should that be reverse

Re: First Red button promise
Firstly it's nothing we don't already know. Secondly, you simply stated that "a quick search" brought up this info. I was merely (and badly, obviously!) wondering where you found this info.
But, like I said, this was already announced back in December.

Re: First Red button promise
I don't know they are. Do you? Only VM will know for sure.
(No. I don't count the negativity-bias found on forums such as this as "customers in general".)
