Netgear Wna3100 adapter and Virgins Superhub

A Mate of mine is having a lot of problems with his wireless internet connection.

He has moved in with a friend as hes in uni and Virgin was installed and is on their 30mb package.

He has the Netgear Wna3100 adapter and every now and then gets disconnected and either states that it has limited connection or needs to repair the connection.

Ive told him to download inssider to have a look at channels and see if anyone was using the same which 2 were, he was on 11 and ive now moved him to 1 but same happened. The latest drivers are installed for the adapter, and ive also made sure that the hub is set to 2.4 and not 5Ghz.

He is using Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

Anyone have any ideas?
