No signal

Hi

I'm on the 300/300 virgin plan

i'm happy with this, as i don't ever seem to go over this

but for the past 3 months i've been having a nightmare, i have a samsung E250 phone, which is 1 year old, but i can't get a signal, i have either no bar or 1 small bar on my phone.

I've rang virgin loads of times and they tell me, that there is a strong signal in my area, but ijust don't can't get my phone to work, plus when i try to send messages, i just keep getting error, and it takes about 5 attempts.

thanks

Re: No signal

The postcode checkers for phone coverage are only a rough guide, and are based on outdoor reception. Have you tried it at a high point in the house/next to a window etc. A good test is a friend with a Virgin or T-Mobile handset (the host network for Virgin) to try theirs at your location to rule out it being the phone.
