I don't believe it....

Just got off the phone with Virgin Mobile sales rep.

On Friday 24th April I ordered a V14 package with E63 handset on an 18 month contract. I gave the VM customer services rep my bank direct debit and credit card details and agreed a credit check and the contract terms - I am an exisiting vm broadband, phone and tv customer.

I was advised that I would received contract confirmation via email and the phone/contract would be delivered on saturday neither of which I received.

I chased the order today and was surprised to be told that they have no record of my order....

useless - not sure I can be bothered to do it all again - your loss VM

Re: I don't believe it....

Sent off a complaint to VM and was called on Monday by a UK cust svces chap who said this happens frequently when the creadit card payment doesn't go through. Said he'd get a UK sales rep to call me and sort it out. It's thursday and the discount for VM customer's ends today - I guess VM don't want my business.
