Talk Anywhere Phone Package Pain

I been with Ntl/Virgin for 8 months now, I am happy with the service I get
i use this Talk Anywhere 200 phone package on top of the 3 for £30 Bundle but find it a pain to check my Minutes that i got left.

I wish VM would make Talk Anywhere easier to Check up on the remaining minutes by using the same way as mobile Phone eg ring 150 then option what so ever and listern to your minutes which you got left and then put the phone down.

But VM wants you to get through to Customer care and ask a rep what minutes that you get left and listen to that Borring on hold Music which they have while you wait for them to answer and again to check the System. for the answe to your Questionm

Do people argree with me that VM should make it easier to listen to your minutes that is left?

Re: Talk Anywhere Phone Package Pain

I agree with you and I would hope it would turn up on the IVR once everyone is on a single billing system. Harmony (the ex-ntl system) can't do Talk Anywhere. Thats due to be change later this year to the VM billing system. Thats where they are focused for billing at the mo
