Re: TiVo
Things like TIVO aren't called 'boys toys' for nothing. I'm happy to admit I'm a big kid who likes playing with new electronic toys.
People who don't get excited about things may need to check that they are still alive?

Re: TiVo
me too!!
Oh and just a quick question for DF if he's still there. Me and the misses both registered online when the page was first available (we were too excited and hadn't realised the other had done it)! That won't go against us will it??

Re: TiVo
Apparently we got a call, but it was a really confusing recorded message saying the VM were unable to contact me and the number wasn't a virgin phone number? WTF? I'm utterly confused as to why they would phone us with such a message especially since the fact that we received it means that *can* contact us, and they should know it's a VM phone as it's a VM area code FFS.
I've looked all over for a way to fill in contact details like alt. numbers, mobile etc. but there doesn't appear to be any. Not looking good for getting this offer

Virgin have quoted £149 plus £40 install on several occasions so I'm happy with that

Re: TiVo
Here's hoping us loyal VM customers get the phone call tomorrow then.
I must admit it has always been my gut instinct that 1st February would be the date VM go for just to P on Skys corn flakes when they launch Atlantic
