Post Strange Registry Entry !

Found this in my registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\781\22430116A243366BB googled the world about it, and nobody seems to give or have any answers , but they all seem to have had it at some stage ! Don't know whether to just delete or not !
Any Ideas Thanks !

P.S my os is Vista !

Export it, delete it and reimport it if there's an issue

There is no issue with it now because i deleted it, and there's been no change in the wind !

Do you use firefox? just that most people are reporting that reg key after a firefox update

Nothing flagged it, i was just having a dig about in my registry, but must admit like Kymmy said firefox had just updated earlier on in the day and FF was acting a bit strange so maybe FF flagged it for me, but anyway its gone now, but have read on some other forums that some people are having an issue with it and can't seem to delete it like i did !
