Two rounds of home cooked ham with finely chopped gem lettuce, cucumber, spring onion and mayo sandwiches followed by a banana and some strawberries from my Daughters allotment.

I've not eaten solids for 18 days... 2 liquid shakes a day, which I'll be having my second one of todays in a few minutes.

Is that to lose weight? If so, what sort of weight loss have you seen on that diet?
I had ham salad for my tea tonight. Mash spud, tomato, cucumber and cabbage. Oh and 2 boiled eggs. Lovely. Wish I hadn't forgotten to get some more ice cream today, could just eat a bowl of Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce over.

Yeah, haven't been weighed since day 14, but in that time I'd lost bang on 18lb, plus my BMI has dropped 3 points. Drastic weight loss, but drastically needed.
