200M : Very poor conection

It started yesterday, taking ages to load many sites. DL often around 250Mbps with UL as low as 1Mbps. But occasionally I get 350DL and 30 UL.

So I checked thinkbroadband and found a horrible graph.

Today:

I guess you tried rebooting modem and what does service status page say?

The graphs cleared up just as the Service Status Page updated to say there was a BB and TV problem.

The images were OK after I posted here, and the links still work on another site. ???

Atleast you know they know there is an issue.

It seems thinkbroadband are being assholes and blocking the server from accessing the images, the code didnt quite handle that correctly. Hopefully it does now ...........
