OMG he loves those too (plus hot cross buns) toasted with lots of butter and a cup of tea Luckily he's as fit as a butcher's dog (walks 5-10 miles a day) so he works it all off and is a normal weight for his height.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Linguine Bolognese.
And simmering on the hob is Jamaican Curry Beef as I couldn't get any goat. My own homegrown Scotch Bonnet chillies in it for the kick.

I think you're just kidding us.
Puff pastry steak slices, steamed broccoli, carrots and leeks.

A Jamaican mate tried that with a butchers in Oldham. The meat arrived with freezer burn and added lumps of fat, but was marked as "fresh".
My usual butcher hasn't been able to get good quality goat for months as his wholesaler lost his hygiene rating.
I am presently munching on a Cookies and Cream Kitkat....

Griddled gammon steaks with pineapple rings and mushrooms. Oven chips, battered onion rings and peas. Sauces.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Garlic and herb roast chicken and chips.
Odd thing is that spuds from the same pack of Maris Pipers, half made nice, golden chips, the other half went dark brown!
