Happened to me a couple of weeks ago after 3 months of my sub.
Phoned CS about it and they passed it on to the IT guys saying it was happening to a few people. Got an email next day saying it was sorted.
Better than sorted, I think they simply reset it as my 6 months started again and doesnt expire till July.
