Extracting Recordings From SKY Q Box

Hi all.

I am in desperate need of your help. Does anybody know how to extract recordings from a SKY Q box to a computer full HD or dvd? I can't seem to find any way on the internet except to do it from SKY & SKY + and SKY HD boxes. I really need to retrieve certain recordings from my SKY Q box as they have personal value to me. We will be having to get a new one soon as it's on its way out as it's from 2018 so it's starting to play up. I know there is a way, got to be. So many tech wizards out their.

Without some sort of loop you can not do it

Real time capture on a PC is possible but time consuming and will have a hardware cost although I have had success with HDMI to usb capture devices
