I pay £28.50 for 30mb (upgraded today to 60mb) although my bill is due to rise to £30.00 in april due to the inflation charges. I also have no phoneline, i did call virgin because as General linked, new customers get 30mb for £27.50 but they said theirs will increase in price too. The only thing they could do was offer me spotify on my account, but that would renew my contract so i told them no thanks.

Wow, never realised my £28 for 10mb (+£13.90 for a phone line that doesn't work) was such a rip off

I'm paying £45 a month for just the 100 service at the moment....virgin have emailed me to say there upping the speed to 120 and dropping my bill by £7.75 a month

Heh. I was paying £37 for 20meg. Went up to 50meg and price dropped to £25.

VM have the most bizarre billing system ever. Obviously its in their best interests to keep it that way, but you can't blame customers and staff for being confused. Nice of them to hide the individual charges on the bills now too.
