Simle question about new V HD box

Despite having read lots of posts about the new HD boxes,Im still not sure about the offer so my question is ...

Can I get one of the non recording HD boxes for just a one off payment from Virgin ? I have XL tv package and have an SD box in bedroom and a V+ box downstairs ....and would like to get a HD only box for second room if there is no increase in subscription ....so is it possible or not ?

Yes you can, one off cost and no extra monthly fee. I've just replaced the SD box in the bedroom with a V-HD. I paid £49 for the box plus £35 engineer install. Very pleased with the box too.
