I am confused as to what my calling tariff charges are. According to my virgin media bill, I am on the OPOP plan. (Carried over from NTL) what is the tariff on this?
Services: 3 for £30 & I still pay 25p/min tech support?!?

Have you tried calling 150 (free) and asking them to explain what tariff you have?
OPOP is a VERY old call plan...basically i would ring 150....at least get it changed to Talk Weekends (Free calls 01 + 02 at weekend) but if u using the phone alot ask about the other call plans.
