smooth and seamless
Upgraded to 50mb from 30mb today, no issues even tho the process was started via a call offshore.
Waited a couple of hours, rebooted modem, job done. 56 down 3.6 up.
Well done VM and whomever it was I spoke to in Mumbai (or wherever) if only everything in life was so easy.
sweet, it is quite a nice jump and you'll defo notice the difference. If you ever have any reason to call them in the future I would enquire what the price difference would be to 100mbits.
