Look - save electrons - if you find some bit of the VM network that's actually working well post about that.
TIA.

Something weird is happening, although I am reliably informed that it will be rectified in good time.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Don't worry, we shall see soon if these terrible ping charts are isolated cases or symptoms of increasing issues across VM's network as a whole. Course by soon I mean two months

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Virgin have now said there is a fault on my section of cable, after they said there is nothing wrong with it, even after an engineer coming out and putting a powered box in-line of my inside cable to boost the power-levels after they where -6.0 to -6.5 across all channels

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Strangely enough, after I did a dance when CS had assured me there was nothing wrong with my connection, someone higher up at VM has now admitted that there is a congestion problem in the Crawley area. Talk about stating the obvious! However, I too was given a "guesstimate" of two months for the upgrades to be implemented. In the interim I have half price BB for the next two months. As well meant and welcome gesture as that is, I would still rather have a connection that doesn't fall over all the time.
