it’s a miracle i made it on this site

Downstream info looks like this:
Power Level (dBmV) 6.46
RxMER (dB) 37.09

upstream info:
Power Level (dBmV) 45.25

Has been fine up until about 9:45 this morning.
Support wanted me to check for spyware i said it’s the same on my ipad, iphone, laptop, server and pc. I have tried 2 different routers and also direct connected the laptop and pc to the modem and nothing changes. the issue is not with my wireless router

They then suggest i connect through their proxy but i am unwilling to do that. It’s not an answer is it.

The downside is they seem to be sending me a superhub as my modem is 3 years old now.

Re: RG12 - Connection Issues

If you are on RDNG-21, I think it has had upstream noise problems the last few days. Certainly that's what I'm seeing (so I'm using my Infinity circuit right now).

If you're on RDNG-20, then that has its own problems as reported from RG6.
